Hi,
My name is Ben Eng and I am photographer based out of the Telluride and Durango areas of Southwest Colorado. I moved to the area in 1997 to finish my last couple of years of school at Fort Lewis College in Durango and have been here since. I got my start as a professional photographer shooting stock ski and snowboard images for Durango Mountain Resort and as a stringer for the fledgling Durango Telegraph newspaper. I later got into wedding photography when all of my friends starting getting married and eventually approached and convinced me to shoot their weddings. I quickly realized the challenge and reward of creating beautiful imagery that my friends would cherish for a lifetime was right up my alley (and fun) so I shifted gears in to full-time wedding photography. While not photographing weddings, I spend my time exploring the mountains surrounding Telluride, Silverton, and Durango on a snowboard or bike, and doing a little shooting for the local ski areas in between.
Wedding day coverage including a disc with the Digital Negatives and an Online Gallery for convenient sharing begins at $1750. Engagement Sessions, Albums, Guest Books, and Wall Art are available a-la-carte with no commitment to purchase.
Hourly rates are also available for elopements and smaller events, and I am available for travel outside of the Telluride/Durango area, often without additional fees.
