Durango Mountain Resort, located 30 minutes North of Durango at the base the San Juan Mountains, is not only the local ski area but also a full-service wedding venue in the summer offering multiple sites with stunning mountain views, multiple reception sites with catering, on-site lodging, and full transportation services including to-and-from the Durango airport. Durango Wedding Venue Blue Lake Ranch and Ridgewood Event Center

With the wedding planning and booking season in full swing I thought I would share a few photos of Blue Lake Ranch and the Ridgewood Event center for those of you still deciding the perfect place to have your big day. Personally, I like the atmosphere of the buildings, the flower gardens, and views of the La Plata mountains.

Telluride Wedding Site Gorrono Ranch

Now that the booking season is upon us I thought I would share a few photos for anyone considering using Gorrono Ranch for their wedding. Hands-down, Gorrono is one of my favorite places to shoot at.

Telluride Wedding Photography At The Hacienda Vargas in Algodones, NM

Congratulations to Holly and Eric who were married recently in the historic 200 year-old chapel at the Hacienda Vargas in Algodones, New Mexico, just under an hour north of Albuquerque. Holly and Eric had a very small, intimate ceremony with only their parents in attendance. Note the chili ristra bouquet- very New Mexican!
